Payment status, receipts, incorrect transactions

When to use: → Confirm the status of a payment, for example if you have sent a payment link and need to confirm it has been paid

→ Confirm payment details for clients who may ask about previous payments

  1. Sort by unpaid transactions by clicking Any status and Unpaid; you can also sort by date (week/month etc) by selecting ‘All time’
  2. View all transaction details and filter to identify the correct transaction - for example, filter by date created, paid date, or payment method
  3. Click the blue link and paste it into a new browser tab to send a receipt to the client’s email
  4. Click the 3 dots to reveal further details about the transaction, or to void incorrect transactions by using the toggle depicted below
